I help purpose driven professionals navigate inflection points in their careers and their lives.
Whether you're a young professional launching your career, a boomer looking to craft a meaningful third act, or a professional of any age or career stage looking to be well, do good, and experience more joy in your life’s work and work life, I can help.
When we work together, you get my full attention and all of my strengths, knowledge, and skills as a master certified coach, including my almost freakish ability to see connections that others miss and to notice ways seemingly divergent parts of a big-picture whole can fit together beautifully and effectively.
I show up fully with all that I learned in over twenty-five years' experience in health care management and in public and private education - and a lifetime of navigating a career that's been full of twists and turns and is now all about being well, doing good, and enjoying the ride.
I hold an MBA in Health Care Management and bachelors and masters degrees in Music Education.
My training includes Master Coach Certification from the Martha Beck Institute as well as training in applied positive psychology from the Plink Center for Coaching Excellence, nature-based coaching from the Sagefire Institute and Career Invention Coaching from Executive Coach Michele Woodward and Master Business Coach Pamela Slim.
I'm certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC 2.0 and DiSC 363+ and am trained to interpret the VIA Survey of Character Strengths and Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0.
My home base is in the Philadelphia suburbs, and I'm grateful to spend plenty of time in the Ocean City, New Jersey, area, too. I frequently quote Broadway, Jimmy Buffett and classical choral music lyrics, spend time deeply connecting to the natural world, and shamelessly spoil my pet rabbit, Elphaba, the abandoned bunny who captured my heart and took over my home.
My super power is helping people do the thing they most want to do but think they can’t.
